Kylie is an AHPRA registered psychologist and member of the APS. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, but predominately with older children, adolescents and young adults. She provides evidence based treatment for a range of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, stress, grief and interpersonal difficulties.
Kylie is also a registered teacher with primary and high school teaching experience and additional tertiary qualifications in Clinical Rehabilitation and Applied Sports Science (majoring in Outdoor Education). She has vast experience working with groups (from school camps, adventure tourism and corporate team building). She has required security checks and a range of outdoor activity qualifications (including bushwalking, kayaking, abseiling and highropes).
Kylie has a passion for Adventure Therapy and has worked with youth at risk at SA charity Operation Flinders Foundation for over 12 years and still sits on their Clinical Advisory Committee. Through her university studies in psychology, Kylie has examined the impact of Adventure Therapy programs on changing problematic behavior. She also undertook a Winston Churchill fellowship to explore Adventure therapy programs around the world.
